Drug Testing

If you are assigned to Drug Testing in the MIddle District of Tennessee, please read below.

You are to call the drug testing program number at (615) 736-5771, extension 2, Sunday -Thursday, after 5 p.m. Enter your Pacts number, and follow the prompts.

A recorded message will tell you if you are required to report for drug testing. If you are instructed to report, you must report to your assigned Probation Office to submit to a urine screen, unless otherwise instructed by your Probation Officer.

Do not drink excessive fluids, specifically water and/or caffeinated liquids, prior to appearing for your drug screen as that may delay your departure by at least 2 hours. If your urine is diluted you will have to stay in the office until your urine is normal.

Failure to submit to a urine screen will be considered a stall and may LEAD TO REVOCATION.

THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE FOR NOT SUBMITTING TO A URINE SCREEN IS A VERIFIED MEDICAL CONDITION OR EMERGENCY WHICH PROHIBITS YOU FROM COMPLYING WITH THIS ORDER.
